RMMC offers the Early Childhood (3–6) Diploma, available through both the Full-Time and Extended Track, as well as Orientation Courses for adults seeking an introduction to Montessori education at the Early Childhood (3–6) and Elementary (6–12) levels.
In addition to these programmes, the Centre periodically hosts workshops and short courses for educators and parents. Information about upcoming sessions may be obtained by contacting the Centre or by checking this page for future announcements.
Our Orientation Courses offer adults the opportunity to understand the principles and practice of Montessori without enrolling in the full professional diploma programme. They explore Montessori philosophy, the developmental characteristics of the child, and the role of the adult in preparing and maintaining the environment that supports the child’s work.
These courses are suitable for parents, classroom assistants, school staff, and anyone who wishes to gain a deeper understanding of the Montessori world.
An introduction to Montessori philosophy and the developmental characteristics of the child from three to six, with attention to the role of the adult and the structure of the prepared environment.
An overview of the developmental characteristics of the child from six to twelve and the principles of Montessori elementary education, including the framework of Cosmic Education.
Note: Orientation Courses provide a foundational understanding of Montessori principles but do not qualify the holder to lead a Montessori classroom.
Qualification Awarded: Diploma in Montessori Early Childhood Education.
Best for: Adults seeking professional preparation to work in Montessori Early Childhood environments.
The 3–6 Diploma Programme provides academic and practical preparation for work in Montessori Early Childhood classrooms. The programme includes the study of child development, Montessori philosophy and pedagogy, detailed work with Montessori materials, observation, and supervised teaching practice.

We occasionally organise workshops and short courses for educators, school leaders, and parents who wish to deepen their understanding of Montessori education or explore particular areas of practice.
These sessions may address topics in classroom practice, child development, observation, and the preparation of the Montessori environment.
Workshops are offered periodically throughout the year and may be delivered in person or online, often in collaboration with experienced Montessori practitioners from the wider Montessori community.
