  • Sensitive Personal Data: Health declarations relating to physical and mental fitness, where required for admission into the Diploma Programme.

  • Financial Data: Records of application fees and tuition payments.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies collected to support website functionality and performance.


3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Admissions: To assess eligibility, academic readiness, and suitability for participation in the programme.
  • Accreditation and Certification: To register students with the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE). This may involve the transfer of required student data to the United States for certification purposes.
  • Student Records: To maintain accurate academic records and verify qualifications when required.
  • Communication: To provide information relating to applications, programme delivery, schedules, and institutional policies.


4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

RMMC does not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared where necessary with:

  • Accrediting Bodies: Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE), United States.

  • Examiners: External examiners for assessment and moderation.

  • Regulatory Authorities: Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

  • Physical Records: Stored in secure, access-controlled archives at our Alausa facility.

Retention: Academic records are retained permanently for verification purposes. Data relating to unsuccessful applicants is deleted after the admissions cycle, except where retention is required by law.
